Our Policies

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Spa Pureza requires a 48 hour cancellation notice on all appointments in consideration of our staff. No one likes to drive all the way into work just to be sent home without any compensation. We know that life happens and if you need to cancel within 48 hours please give us a call and we will reschedule your appointment one time at no charge. If you choose not to reschedule you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. Cancellations before 48hrs are subject to a 5% fee. 

Refunds & Returns

Refunds on unused packages are given on a case by case basis and refunds on any amount over $200 will take 60 days to process. There will be a 3% return fee applied to all card transaction refunds and a $30 return fee on all check transactions. In most cases we will offer a replacement service or other alternative in place of a refund.

Gift Certificates are non-refundable. If you were gifted a service that you do not enjoy please contact us at 509.759.2101 or info@spapureza.com to see how we can accommodate. 

If you cancel an appointment prior to 48hrs your deposit will be refunded minus a 5% fee.

Returns are accepted on unopened products, minus a 10% restocking fee.
